TERMS & CONDITIONS

Psychological Patterning Process (PPP)

Terms & Conditions

By booking a place on Psychological Patterning Process (PPP) training, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking & Payment

Your place is confirmed once the required payment, or first payment under an agreed payment plan, has been received.

Where a payment plan is selected, you remain responsible for completing all remaining payments according to the agreed schedule. Non-attendance does not cancel outstanding payments.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

All bookings are non-refundable.

Once you have purchased a place, no refund will be provided if you are unable or choose not to attend, including because of illness, work commitments, travel disruption, personal circumstances or other changes in circumstances.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to another suitable person at no additional charge. You must notify The Psychology School in advance and provide the name and contact details of the person who will attend in your place.

If The Psychology School cancels the training and does not offer a suitable rescheduled date, payments made for the training will be refunded. The Psychology School is not responsible for associated costs such as travel, accommodation or loss of earnings.

Where circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent or materially affect delivery, we reserve the right to postpone, reschedule or make reasonable changes to the training.

3. Intellectual Property & Permitted Use

PPP and all associated concepts, frameworks, processes, teaching content, terminology, training materials, exercises, documents, diagrams and resources are the intellectual property of Serena Simmons/The Psychology School unless otherwise stated.

Your purchase gives you permission to integrate your learning from PPP into your own professional practice with your own clients or service users. It does not give you permission to teach, train, reproduce or commercially exploit PPP.

You may not, in whole or in part:

  • teach, train or instruct others in PPP or any component of the PPP training;

  • reproduce, distribute, publish, upload, share, sell or provide the training materials to others;

  • incorporate PPP materials, exercises, frameworks or substantial elements of the training into your own courses, workshops, programmes, qualifications, memberships, resources or training materials;

  • repackage, rename or present PPP or its constituent elements as your own methodology, model or intellectual property;

  • record, film, photograph or otherwise reproduce the training or its materials for redistribution or teaching purposes; or

  • use attendance at PPP to imply that you are authorised to train, certify or supervise others in the Psychological Patterning Process.

Where you explicitly use, describe or discuss PPP or its identifiable concepts professionally or publicly, appropriate attribution must be given to Psychological Patterning Process (PPP), developed by Serena Simmons/The Psychology School.

Attendance at PPP constitutes practitioner training for integration into your own practice. It is not a licence to re-teach PPP, whether commercially or free of charge.

Written permission must be obtained from The Psychology School for any use outside these terms.

4. Training Materials

Any workbook, handouts, digital resources or other materials supplied as part of the training are provided for your individual professional use only.

Materials must not be copied, shared, uploaded to shared drives or online platforms, distributed to colleagues, clients or organisations, or used as teaching materials without prior written permission.

5. Professional Responsibility

PPP is professional development training. Completion of the training does not confer a regulated professional qualification, licence, accreditation or authority to practise outside your existing professional competence or scope of practice.

Participants remain responsible for their own professional decisions, ethical obligations, safeguarding responsibilities and appropriate use of their learning.

6. Confidentiality & Case Material

PPP may involve discussion of real professional situations and case material. Participants must protect the privacy and confidentiality of clients, service users and other individuals and must not knowingly share identifying information during the training.

Participants are also expected to respect the confidentiality of experiences or case material shared by other participants.

Any case material provided by The Psychology School for teaching purposes must not be reproduced or used outside the training without permission.

7. Attendance & Participation

Participants are responsible for making their own arrangements to attend the training and for ensuring that PPP is appropriate for their professional needs.

Failure to attend all or part of the training does not create an entitlement to a refund, replacement training, recording or alternative delivery.

8. Changes to the Training

The Psychology School reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the programme, content, timetable, venue, teaching format or supporting materials where necessary without materially reducing the overall training being provided.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or accepting a place on PPP, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including the non-refundable booking policy and restrictions on the reproduction, teaching and commercial use of PPP intellectual property.
